Yes, consultations are complimentary. If you decide to schedule an extension installation during your consultation, a deposit is required to reserve your appointment. We offer both in-person and virtual consultations. Installation appointments are generally scheduled within one to six weeks of the consultation, depending on availability.

A consultation is required for all new clients. A price quote will be provided at that time, as we first need to see the natural hair and assess each client's individual needs. Hair extensions are not one-size-fits-all. We take the time to answer your questions and create the perfect color match for your order. We will explain the Elite Method, hair extension care, and maintenance to keep your hair looking beautiful every day. A general or estimated price may be given via text or email, but the exact price won't be known until the consultation appointment.

Most clients return every two to three months for professional removal and reinstallation, depending on how quickly their natural hair grows. This is the maintenance schedule, not necessarily the total life of the extension hair. When properly cared for and kept in good condition, the extension hair can often be reused two or three times. Our gentle Elite Method uses no glue, tape, heat, bonding, braiding, sewing, weaving, or fusion. It is designed to protect the health and integrity of your natural hair when professionally installed, maintained, and removed. Elite Extensions are low-maintenance and easy to care for. Proper care and conditioning will extend the life of your hair extensions. All clients receive the Elite Care Guide at the consultation appointment, including product recommendations, styling tips, everyday care, and sun and swimming tips.

Absolutely. When the extension hair remains healthy and well-conditioned, it can often be reused two or three times. Its usable life depends on home care, heat styling, product use, and the condition of the hair at the time of reinstallation. Some clients choose to have new hair ordered for each appointment, but that is entirely a personal preference. Yes! There are many color options, including our Elite custom colors, along with texture choices like straight, body wave, curly, and natural perm. Length ranges from 10 to 24 inches.We'll help you choose the perfect match to give you the hair you've always wanted.

All clients receive an Elite Hair Care Guide at the consultation appointment. Elite Extensions are very easy to care for. We only use top-quality, 100% Remy human hair, so you can cut, curl, blow-dry, and flat-iron. Please use a heat protectant and follow all of the tips in your care guide to keep your extensions looking beautiful every day. Your Elite Extensions act just like your natural hair. Wear it up in a ponytail or braid; you'll just have much more hair to work with.

Please come to your consultation with freshly washed, clean, dry hair. When hair is oily or wet, the true color can look off, so please don't come straight from the gym or a shower without drying your hair first. If you're coming from work and don't have time to shower beforehand, that's fine - just wash your hair the morning of your appointment. Also, please complete any hair color or treatments beforehand so we can get a perfect match for your hair order.

Yes. We maintain a cancellation list each month. Add your request to the appointment notes when booking your consultation online, and we’ll contact you if a spot becomes available.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, tap-to-pay, and Venmo; checks are not accepted. If you have questions about payment, just ask. We are happy to help!
