-Frequently asked questions-
What is the price for Elite Extensions?
A consultation is required for all new clients. A price quote will be provided at that time, as we first need to see the natural hair and assess each client's individual needs.
Elite Extensions are not "One size fits all." We want to take the time to answer any questions and get a perfect color match for the order.
We will explain the Elite Extensions method and cover hair care and maintenance to keep your hair looking beautiful every day.
A general or estimated price may be given via text or email, but the exact price will not be known until the consultation appointment.
How long do Elite
Extensions Last?
For most clients, Elite Extensions can last 2-3 months, depending on how fast your hair grows. No need for expensive "touch-ups" or "fills" between appointments.
Elite Extensions are low-maintenance and easy to care for. Proper care and conditioning will extend the life of your hair extensions.
All clients will be given the Elite Care Guide at the consultation appointment. It includes product recommendations, styling tips, proper everyday care, and sun and swimming tips.
Is the consultation Free?
Consultation appointments are held only 4 times per year due to our limited space for new clients.
Yes, consultations are complimentary, but if you plan to schedule an extension appointment at the consultation, you will need to pay a deposit fee to hold your extension appointment. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Venmo only, please. Checks are not accepted.
Extension appointments are scheduled on average within 1-6 weeks from the consultation, based on availability.
Can I use my hair
extensions more than once?
Absolutely. If the extensions are kept conditioned and healthy, most clients can reuse the hair two to three times.
Some clients choose to have new hair ordered for each appointment, but that is the client's personal preference.
We will text you before each appointment so we are always prepared with new hair if needed.
DO THE EXTENSIONS COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS, TEXTURES, AND LENGTHS?
Yes! There are many color options, including our elite custom colors.
There are also options of texture and type, such as straight, body wave, curly, and natural perm. Length can be anywhere from 10 to 24 inches.
We will help you choose the perfect match to give you the hair you have always wanted.
How do I care for my Elite Extensions?
All clients are given an Elite Hair Care Guide at the consultation appointment. Elite Extensions are very easy to care for.
We only use top-quality, 100% human hair, so you can cut, curl, blow-dry, and flat-iron it just as you would your natural hair.
Your Elite Extensions act just like your natural hair; you can wear your hair up in a ponytail or in a braid, although you will have much more hair to work with.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY HAIR COLORED BEFORE THE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT?
Yes. We ask that all clients please come to the consultation with freshly washed, clean, dry hair. When hair is oily or wet, the true color can look off, so please do not come from the gym or directly from showering without drying your hair first.
If you are coming from work and don't have time to shower before your consultation, that is fine, but please wash the morning of your appointment.
Also, please have any hair color or treatments done prior so that we can get a perfect match for your hair order.
I SCHEDULED ONLINE BUT MY APPOINTMENT IS STILL A FEW WEEKS AWAY, CAN I GET ON THE CANCELLATION LIST?
Yes. We maintain a cancellation list each month, so we would be happy to add you to it. Just put the request in the appointment notes when booking your consultation online via this website, and we will contact you if a spot opens up.
When a cancellation occurs, we go down the list via text, giving each client 15 minutes to respond and accept the appointment before moving to the next name. Just because you are further down the list does not mean you will not have a chance to get an earlier appointment.
Also, clients who pass on a cancellation text due to scheduling conflicts will remain on the cancellation list if needed.
