Hair Care Products
30-Day Window
If you are not fully satisfied with any hair care products, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs will be refunded if the products were damaged during shipping.
Hair Extensions
14-Day exchange Window
Hair extensions are non-refundable but may be exchanged, provided the hair has not been altered in any way, including coloring, perming, or treatment with products not discussed in the Elite Care Guide. Exchanges are only available within 14 days of your installation appointment.

If Elite Care Guide instructions were not followed, or you received a haircut from a stylist not employed by Elite Extensions, an exchange will not be provided.

An in-person consultation is required within the 14-day window to address any hair concerns. A true quality issue with a bundle of hair is extremely rare and would be noticeable within this time frame. We only use 100% Remy human hair; the highest-quality human hair extensions available.
Gift Cards
Non-Refundable
All Elite Extensions gift card purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. If you experience a duplicate charge or another purchase error, please contact Elite Extensions for assistance.
