About Us: Lacy Shields, one of the first stylists to bring the micro-bead hair extension method to Michigan, created the Elite Method in 2004. After perfecting it, she opened Elite Extensions in January 2005, and the Elite Method has been the only method used at the salon ever since.

Lacy is especially passionate about helping women with fine or thinning hair feel confident again, and she loves seeing that confidence the moment a client looks in the mirror.
